Gundam HAZEL-RAH 2nd Form by sandrum Gundam HAZEL-RAH 2nd Form by sandrum
Ok, I promise that this is the final render of the Hazel until I actually get off my keister to render a real scene. This is the Hazel Gundam with 2 HRUDUDU parts attached, 2 wing boosters in the back and 2 claw boosters on the sides, each holding a sniper cannon. Each arm has a booster shield and the final booster in the rear is from the GAPLANT mobile suit (from the Zeta Gundam series).

Software: Lightwave 8.3 (modelling, rendering), Macromedia Freehand (logos)

Gundam is (c) Sunrise/Bandai/Sotsu Agency

Wow... you exactly glorify the name of Hazel-Rah. I'm imagining rabbits becoming super intelligent and have the resources to make mobile suits. Watership Down is now a world super power, and newtype rabbits are born.

That's pretty much my favorite color scheme for the Hazel-Rah 2nd form w/ Gaplant Booster!:D
Too bad the Hrairoo didn't include the Gaplant Booster, you still have to steal one from the original Gaplant and paint it white or dark blue!::angered:

Great 3D job, by the way!:D

Man, are you sure about the polygon count? This seems to be the most detailed Gundam I've seen of your stuff. I don't think Strike Freedom Modificia had this much detail! (and don't you count the inner workings on the DRAGOON Wings!)

love all of it. I have like twelve of your pictures on my computer, and I'll often use one as a Desktop for a few weeks. (of course I'm constantly changing my desktop too, so two weeks is quite a stretch.)

my current one is Zephyranthes.

unlike the wings on strike freedom, the guns on hazel don't have much in the way of curves so they polys could be kept at a minimum.

huh. If anything was difficult for you, I thought it would be the Strike Rouge IWSP.

;p I didn't say it was difficult. Just that it's a bit poly heavy. The IWSP was actually fairly easy as well.

is everything easy for you? How about Divine Testament in gold and black with twin Trikeros Kai Shields, one on each arm.

I didn't say "everything is easy". First off, IWSP exists as a plastic model somewhere... so finding a plethora of images on the net to work from is pretty easy -- no version of testament has been mass modeled so there are few to work with which makes getting references difficult. Second, I'm short on time at the moment. I've only got a few more models to finish and then my work is done and I'll retire from Gundam. 3rd, if I did make one I'd be almost obliged to go through the entire line of MSV's from SEED-D which again begs for time that I don't have. Last, I don't actually do requests/commissions -- not my bag of chips.

I couldn't take this as an insult since I am not the principal designer of this machine.

If your question refers to the weight of the armament, this machine is used in space for most of the time where weight is not a significant factor in hindering movement. However machines such as this are capable of supporting somewhat heavy support armament in gravity as well.

If your question refers to degrees of freedom, the arms and legs are deceptively mobile and have a decent range of movement despite the armament attached.

;) I received a lot of support on this one which helped get me to finish it. I tend to get bored quickly myself (sometimes i wander off of a project and don't return).
