The Wing Gundam's buster rifle has a 3 shot limit. Katoki's idea for the wing gundam (vs the one that was in the tv show) was that the extra attachments allow for 3 extra shot cylinders each so that the wing gundam can replace spent cylinders and optimally reach a limit of 9 shots for the buster rifle total.
I think you should remove the larger markings, we know what Gundam it is, It's kinda hard to miss. Love it all, except those damn markings. But the orignal designs aren't that much different from the Endless Waltz ones, just a recoloring or two, and some modifications.
Simply awesome. Katoki's redesigns totally ruined the normal (and now boring) designs of the original five Gundams for me... Seriously, Wing and Heavyarms look way too good in his style. And yeah, GundamW can get pretty inane. My favorite is 08th MS Team, actually. No psychic wonder kids flying top secret doom machines, just soldiers making do with regular-issue models.
I liked wing in that it was the first to get gundam to the US en masse. But it sucks because people can't seem to let go of it and expect every gundam series to be similar and compare them too freely. Still, it had its good points. Pilots that generally didn't wine and cry and blew things up. The original designs look horrid by katoki's comparison to me as well.
I hate the ENTIRE Wing Series for being so...lame. Though, my friend brought home the Fix Figuration figure home the day it came out....and now, I'd kill to find a model kit of this suit, the new redesign is just so...fresh, and unique.
Not a big Wing fan here, but again this looks great Though Wing in opposition to Z is WAY simple in transformation, it's funny how it basically lay down and hides under the shield (despite the other system changes, that is the main transformation ).
Tell you the truth, I'm really just a fan of the designs used in Endless waltz. The others used in the main anime weren't to my liking. The story was a little lax and convoluted as well. Still, it's one of the first ones I saw so...
